History Class 

We were learning about the Ministry of Jesus in history class. So, we made a video about the parable of the Workers and the Vineyard (Eleventh Hour). We had a lot of fun producing this video. Making videos is teaching the fifth grade about teamwork and communicating. Enjoy!

Exploring Geodes!

Geodes are an amazing part of God's creation. They come from volcanic rocks that have gases trapped inside.

Get your hammer and start pounding!

Have you ever seen a geode? A geode a small cavity in rock lined with crystals or other mineral matter.


These are pictures of a real geode that we got to explore in our class today. Geodes are using sedimentary 
volcanic rocks.
